Clonidine 0.2 Mg Taken By Accident

My grandson is 12 and he was given 0.2 mg of clonidine twice by accident. Will he be ok or should i be worried? What is it for?

In most healthy individuals, this occurring just once would not be a problem, unless they are allergic to the given medication, but the NIH warns that they may experience more severe side effects than usual, which may include nausea, dizziness, headache, and insomnia.
