Clonamox Yellow Liquid

Hi my 13 month old daughter is taking the yellow liquid clonamox for tonsilitis for a week, today I noticed her tongue is black with a greenish hue. Is this caused by the antibiotic? Thanks, Andrea

It could be, this medication can sometimes cause oral thrush, as a side effect, so it would be best to have her doctor check it out, to be sure.

The U.S. FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
