Can clindamycin hydrochloride capsules,USP 300mg cure jock itch my husband has a bad case of jock itch please help

No, it will not. Jock itch is actually caused by a fungus and will require an antifungal medication to eradicate it. There are many available over the counter, or he can consult his doctor for a prescription.
