No, it won't kill you. However, medications do lose effectiveness over time, so it may not work as well as it did, when it was new. The best thing to do would be to dispose of it and pick up the new prescription.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
