Clindamycin Expiration Date 05/08/2015

Would it still be good to take for an upper respiratory infection after 05/08/2015?

Medications do tend to lose efficacy over time, so there is a chance that it may no longer adequately kill of all bacteria to eradicate the infection, thus, it would be best to see your doctor for a new prescription.

The FDA lists the typical antibiotic side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
