Hi angeletta,
Antibiotics in general will not treat a viral infection such as the common cold or flu.
However you can learn more about the uses of this medication here: Clindamycin Details
The flu treatment you should take largely depends on your symptoms. For example, if you have nasal or sinus congestion, then a decongestant may be most helpful, as opposed to an antibiotic. There are also numerous cough medicines with various combinations of decongestants, antihistamines, analgesics/antipyretics, cough suppressants, and expectorants, all depending on what symptoms you have.
I hope this advice helps!
