That marking isn't a lot to go on, but was this a prescription product?
If so, then I suspect it may contain Benzonatate, they usually meet this description and it is a topical anesthetic used to help prevent severe coughing.
Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, number throat and difficulty swallowing.
