If you don't know what a pill is and you need to know what it is, like if you found it in your kids room, then take it to a pharmacy, they will tell you without guessing. If it is something you have and don't remember it's safer to just throw away one little pill is not worth having an issue over or having a reaction with something else your taking. Also people can buy those plain capsules and put whatever they want in them, it could be a mixture of anything sold mixed with something else sold or bought on the street. Be safe, check it out or toss it out.

I found the same thing in my room, a clear capsule with white beads. I googled it and it took me here. Thank you, yes it must be Niacin, I take a lot of niacin, one must have fell out of the bottle. There is nothing else it can be since I dont take drugs.

Hi john, that pill is used to clear thc out of the system. It dehydrates the body so if your brother is drinking alot of water that is why (he doesn't want to burn up)
