My grandson was at friends house his mom called said she found this pill in the bathroom floor need to know what it is

If there are no markings on it, then it may be difficult to determine exactly what it contains.

We can rule it out as being a manufactured U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification.

However, that still leaves it open to many over the counter possibilities.

Have you tried asking the kids about it?
