Hello Kim,
Based on my research, a clear capsule imprinted "B092", containing tan/off-white beads, is reportedly identified as Rhinabid (Phenylephrine HCl 15mg + Brompheniramine Maleate 12mg); a medication used for relieving allergy and cold symptoms.
These pills are said to be manufactured by a company called Breckenridge Pharmaceutical. Apparently they have several office locations throughout the east coast in places like Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, as well as one in New York.
