Based on your description the closest match which I was able to uncover is a 15mg Dexedrine. You can view an image of it Here.
If this is what you have then it contains the active ingredient Dextroamphetamine which is known to produce increased wakefulness and focus in association with decreased fatigue and decreased appetite. In other words, it is pharmaceutical grade "speed". Sorry to say this but if the powder is missing from it then it was most likely snorted.
Of course I could be completely wrong with the pill ID and my speculations but I hope this information is helpful. Sorry if I am the bearer of bad news. Please let me know if the image matches what you have...
