To answer your question, Claritin (also known as Loratadine) does not contain any Sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) in and of itself. However, it is "available in combination" with that specific medication as well as others.
It will also require a prescription from your doctor here in the US, but I'm not aware of the laws in other countries.
