Clarithromyn Er Tablets 500 Mg

tablet is oblong about 3/4 inch long. light yellowish orange color. Has the number 7244 on one side and 93 on the other.

Yes I lost my sense of smell ever since being prescribed Clarithromycin. I go through bouts where every thing smell like smoke and I don't smoke nor am I near it. I hate this. My quality of life has declined as a result.

Clarithromycin can cause an alteration in smell and taste, the problem could also be related to the sinus issue, or it may be both.

It should go away once your course of treatment is over. Have you spoken to your doctor about it?
