ive been taking this drug for3 days on the 2nd day i woke up very dizzy it lasted from 5am till 1pm,today i woke up dizzy also but not as bad,i am taking 1 tbs of nyquil at bed time and melitonin pills and i also drink 2 glasses of white wine as a sleep aid before bed while watching tv ,are the other products ime useing at bed time causing the dizzyness??

Clarithromycin is an antibiotic that is used to treat many types of infections.
Dizziness is a possible side effect from it, as well as from the NyQuil, it may even be made worse by combining the two, since the side effects from one medication to another can often aggravated each other.
The wine will also add to the problem.
You may want to consider cutting out the wine NyQuil to see if it helps. If it continues or becomes very severe, make sure to consult with your doctor.
