Are you making sure to take in enough water every day?
Since these antibiotics can cause diarrhea and sometimes increased urination as side effects, you may be getting dehydrated, that's usually he first thing that causes kidney pain.
Have you had this checked out by your prescriber?
Why are you on 2 of them, at once?
