Ciprofloxacin will not help you conceive. It is an antibiotic that's used to treat or prevent bacterial infections, so it will also do nothing to treat the cysts.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
