No you can usually spot the ones that are in the Penicillin class, because they use the cillin in the name, so a couple other example that are would be Ampicillin and Amoxicillin.

Ciprofloxacin is a Fluoroquinolone class antibiotic and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
