Cipro And Food

Does anyone know if it is okay to take the following with cipro (I have to take cirpo 500mg 2 x day for 7 days) as it is quite confusing knowing what I can/cannot take while taking cipro.

decaf coffer with a little soy milk
grapefruit
egg whites
yogurt
baby bell cheese
Phillips colon health
and a water 'enhancer' called MIO (by Kraft)?

From what I can find, it just needs to be taken 2 hours before or 2 hours after you eat any type of dairy product. What has your pharmacist advised?
