I have a few questions listed below regarding Cipla Actin that I hope someone can help with:

1) Can I take them while I'm going to work?
2) How long do I have to take them?
3) Can I stop if or when I want to without experiencing withdrawal symptoms?
4) How many are safe to take in a 24 hour period?
