need some OTC drops for conjunctivitis please advise what is available for over the counter

conjunctivitis is usually caused by a virus or bacteria. you will most likely need eyedrops with an antibiotic in them, not available over the counter. You should try warm, moist compresses, however, going to the doctor for the correct drops is best.
