Gained excessive weight while using cilit there a similar drug to ciliftthat i can use. One that will not make me gain weight

You may want to ask your doctor if Fluoxetine is available there. It's similar, being an SSRI antidepressant, but it actually holds weight steady or causes weight loss in some people.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache.
