Cialis 20

I use Cialis 20mg and lately when I get intimate with my wife I rise and a few minutes into it it is soft again any ideas shold I try a 20 plus a half or 2 20 appreciate any help

How long before intercourse are you taking it?

Have you consulted your doctor?

Are you on any other medications that could be playing a role and contributing to the problem?
