I have been to several doctors about my knees,I can barely walk at times and its so hard for me to stand at work..ive inquired about the cortisone shots but no one wants to help,all they give is pills that don't help much at all!! Ugh I just want the pain to stop

Have you tried seeing a pain management specialist, or a rheumatologist? One of these specialists would likely be your best bet for getting the help you need.
Many pain management specialists actually prefer someone try the other options first, before resorting to other options.
What is your general location? This information might enable someone to recommend a good doctor in your area.
Do you have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone?
