the pill it is l405 and it is a
round white pill on the other
side it has 500 mg.

This is not a Chlorzoxazone tablet.

Pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold in many countries as the generics and store brands.

This one contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is the same as an Extra Strength Tylenol.
