Will 500mg penicillin vk cure both said infections? And how many if so should i take?

Have you seen a doctor to verify that you have such infections?

Penicillin is generally not the preferred antibiotic to treat either infection.

According to the NIH, the preferred one for Chlamydia is Azithromycin or Doxycycline and for Gonorrhea, it's usually Ceftriaxone. Thus, you should see your doctor to get the right medication.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
