I neeed answers please for the stomach discomfort after intaking cherifer capsul with zinc

My 9 year old turning 10, in few months time, is taking cherifer pgm 10-22 capsule. After she took it, I noticed her tummy ached. Is it normal? Should I discontinue?

I've tried taking cherifer capsule before and after eating, still, I can feel a little discomfort or tommy ache after taking it 5 to 8mins ago, pero the ache only lasts for about 5 to 10 mins. Is this tommy ache normal? Or should I stop taking it?

im also experiencing the stomach pain after taking cherifer capsul with zinc. the pain is different, it makes wanna throw up all the food i ate.

Hi, share ko lang, every 8:30 to 9am nag-aalmusal kami tapos every 10:30am nagtetake na ako ng cherifer and ayun ang sakit ng tyan ko. Pero kahapon, nakalimutan ko din uminom kaya around 11 or 11:30am nagtake ako tas wala akong nafeel. So, itatry ko uli bukas kung magwowork kung every 11:30 na ako magtake.

My son take during meal 1 tab cherriefer with Zinc then he experience stomachache. before or after meal is the same.

Sa totoo lang po, huwag kayo magdiri pero yung ginagawa ko is pagnararamdaman ko na na naccr na ako iinomin ko yung cherifer, after non wala na ako. Kaso nga lang baka sumama ang nutrience ng vitamins sa pagbanyo ko...

Because of the iron contain in milk and zinc in cherifer if they clash it leads to upset stomach

Try nyo po i take ang cherifer sa gabi before po kayo matutulog. Bale inumin nyo po then matulog agad kayo

Sakit tas nasusuka kapa. Dpat 20-30 mins pag tapos mo kumain bago inumin cherifer
