i'm 18 and i am 6 ft tall, but my goal height is 6'5" is there a chance na mareach ko yun by taking cherrifer pgm daily.. nasa lahi naman talaga namin ang matangkad, may uncle is 6'2" but i want to be taller than him... may chance po ba.?

kung gusto mo malaman ang magigong height mo ADD HEIGHT OF YOUR FATHER + HEIGHT OF YOUR MOTHER THEN ANSWER ÷ 2 TAPOS + .5 PAG LALAKI AT - .5 PAG BABAE. mostly this calculations are absolute TRY MO PO!

Actually, no need for any medicine to grow taller, kelngan mo eh proper execise, tamang pagkaen at tamang tulog for at least 8-10 hours a day. Maybe it will work.

Naging effective sya saken dati. I was 19 years old nung nag start ako mag take. I grew an inch ang a half in 1 month pero natigil din pag take ko dahil medyo pricey. Sabayan mo ng tamang diet. Mag take ng isa sa gabi w/ a glass of milk tas oatmeal sa morning with fruits and veggies tas protein sa lunch at dinner then lots of water. Plus medyo active ako sa sports and 8+ hrs of sleep din. Ganun ginawa ko dati. But now i'm 21 at nagstart ulit mag take kaso halos di na significant ang results parang di na ako tumangkad ulit. Siguro Yun na max ng height ko. From 5'4 naging 5'6 and a half. Di ko alam pero parang mas matangkad ako pag gising sa umaga. 5'7 ako haha ganun ata talaga.
