Cherifer Pgm 10-22 For Teenagers

I'm female at 158cm/5'2 ang height. bumili ako ng 2months supply ng cherifer pgm 10-22(bibili pa ko kung kinlangan). umaasa akong makapasok sa 160cm height. Alam kong late na ako mag take at marami na akong nabasang negative comments about sa cherifer pgm 10-22 pero wala naman sigurong mawawala kung mag try. Ang question ko po ay "ano po ba ang dapat gawin para maging effective ang cherifer pgm 10-22? at "umaga ba o tanghali, gabi dapat uminom ng cherifer 10-22?
( sa mga may expirience, what time nyo po iniinom?) " nag ggym ako every morning after breakfast 8:30 to 11:30, hindi ako nag weight lifting except bench press para sa chest(syempre:D) tinatry kong matulog ng tanghali kasi parang nakakatulong daw ang maraming tulog ? nainom ako gatas bago matulog.

(please no negative comments like: di nmn effective yan, wla k ng pagasa, nagssayang k lng ng pera mo...)
