How long do i need to wait to see the effect? Im 30 years old and i cant even see the effect?

Because we all respond differently even to the same medications, the only way to know for certain is to try Cherifer for yourself. What exactly are you taking it for that you'd wish to see results in?

According to the manufacturer's dosing guidelines, the usual adult dosage is "1 cap daily or as recommended by a health professional".

Active Ingredients: Chlorella growth factor (CGF), vitamins and minerals, ginseng, taurine.
