Hello, Nurse! How are you?
Yes, this has been reported by other users of this medication. As listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming.
However, such side effects are usually transient and tend to go away with time, after your body gets used to the medication. It usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
Is there anything else I can help with?
Is there anything that can be done about this problem. As for dry mouth I have tried everything on the market when I was on Ribavirin and Interferon treatment to no avail .It did stop when treatment was ended.
