was on repace 25mg for last 4years suddenly having throat energy my doctor changed my medicine and prescribed nebicard 25mg nd now i am having cramps after taking nebicard 25 is this due to nebicard 25 advice if i should continue with nebicard 25mg

Repace contains the active ingredient Losartan, it is an ARB, used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.

Neicard contains Nebivolol, which is a beta blocker used to treat the same types of conditions and yes, it can cause some abdominal pain.

Have you contacted your doctor? This may not be the right medication for you, if it's causing that type of symptom and there are many others on the market that you can try.

You may want to ask him if Carvedilol is available in your country, it is in the same class as the Nebivolol, but is not known to cause as many side effects.
