i have been taking metoprolol 50mg and just refilled the new pills are larger and have 369 stamped on one side and scored on the other.

I forgot to state that the new 369 50 mg tabs are three times the size of the 368 100 mg tabs.

I too have noticed swelling in my lower legs and ankles with pain.And have back pain too. I've also been feeling kind of swooshy headed. My pharamacist at Walgreens said it is the same drug and potentcy as the smaller ones. I'm wondering if the larger pill is filled with placebo. I don't know why these pharma co have to keep fixing things that aren't broken.
