Cephalexin Side Effects

I take 1 at night 1 in the morning. I feel nauseous most of the day until about 3pm could I just take 1 at night- urinary tract infection- also aching left leg- could this be connected?

Yes, those can be side effects of this antibiotic, as listed by the FDA, however, you shouldn't lower your dosage, it should be taken as prescribed, in order to fully eradicate the bacteria.

Other side effects may possibly include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Have you tried taking it with food to minimize the nausea?

I am taking 250 mg of cephalexin for bronchitis. Only took 2 caps and had bad diarrhea. Should it happen this soon? Took it once years ago and had no problems.
