Celebrex / Bleeding Etc.

I am on Celebrex for my knee arthritis . It works well but is causing me to get nosebleeds often .Any solutions to this problem ?

What dosage are you taking? The FDA does warn that it can increase the risk of bleeding, as well causing other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.

Are you on any other medications? How severe are the nosebleeds?
