Cefpodoxime And Azithromycin

I have been suffering from fever from last 6 days.
I consulted doctor on 4th day.
They checked blood and found S Typhi 'H'
&S Typhi 'O'.
he gave me cefpodoxime and azithromycin tablets and Disodium Hydrogen citrate & paracetamol solutions
still I m not getting well
suggest me what to do. pls.. still temperature btw. 90-100
I have became totally weak
