What are they used for?. what kind of antibiotic are they? can they be used for breathing or lung infections?

From what I could gather, both of these antibiotics are known as Cephalexin (U.S. generic name); which is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, including upper respiratory infections (breathing, etc), ear infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.
