Cartisafe Side Effects
Updatedits usefulness in improving the cartilege in knee joint

Cartisafe contains 250mgs of Calcium and 500mgs of Glucosamine, so it is a supplement and not an actual medication. As such, it is claimed to help with improving joint function, but this has not actually been proven.
THis also means the side effects are unknown, since supplements are not studied in the manner that prescription drugs are.

Has your doctor prescribed this?
I had a slight knee pain. I have a very slight pain in my middle finger first knuckles. I have a pain in my neck and below the neck. It is not in one place. Each time it changes from left to right and top to bottom. I thought of taking Cartisafe Forte 500mg. as per my friends advise. Is it good for me ? What do you suggest please ?
