I want to know if dolo-neurobion can treat carpal tunnel syndrome and what are the advantages of taking this drugs.

It is used to treat many conditions involving pain, however, its effectiveness can be debated, because it only contains the vitamins B1, B6, B12 and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen.

So, if a condition is caused by a lack of these vital nutrients, it may help and the Acetaminophen can help with some minor pain, however, since a lack of them is not what causes Carpal Tunnel, I have my doubts that it will help, at all.
