Carni Q Tablets

am having twitches in thighs and lower stomach at one side. it is not a heavy pain but kind of weakness at the back side also..

i have visited orthopedic doc and he has asked me to take carni q. can you advise if this is okay ? i took tablets for 5 days . after the completion of tablet course pain stopped. then after few days again it started due to exercise.
