I need to take one carb/levo pill qevery two hours and two at bedtime and everytime I wake up so my body doesn't jerk and and make me unvolentarely move . I need to keep moveing all the time or i'm really like I have a empty chest . It's very hard to describe but I won't be able to keep this up without some help. Is there anything else I can do to help this?
