I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested.

We can pretty much rule it out as being a legal, U.S. prescription drug, as they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their ID.

However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications.
