It sounds like you've been enrolled in some type of autoship program. This is a very frequent occurrence from companies that offer a steep discount on the first order, or a free sample, but then keep shipping. Many times they even manage to disguise the fact that they will keep automatically charging your credit card or debiting your bank account and shipping each month.
Did you order a free sample or trial of something several months ago?
You may want to check your credit card statement to discover who is charging you and shipping the products, so you can cancel them. You can also inform your bank or credit card company of the problem, so they can block future charges.
