No, you should not. Liquid medications tend to lose efficacy much faster than other forms, they can also turn sour and may make you sick, if you take them.
The FDA lists the typical side effects for this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
