Can You Take Norco Just 6 Hours After Taking Percocet

How long after taking 5 325 Percocet can you take 5 325 Norcos? I've been taking the Percocet for two weeks and would like to stop due to knee surgery. I have not taken any percocet for 6 hours when can I start the Norco 5 325
