Can You Take More Than 15mg A Day Of Meloxicam..i Take 22.5

I was wondering if I can take 1 15 mg in morning and later in day take half of another one..seems to be what helps the most??

Due to the potential damage it can cause to the liver, the maximum daily dose of it is 15mgs. If it isn't helping enough at that dose, you should inform your prescriber, you may need to try a different medication.

The FDA lists other side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
