No, that is not true, there are others you can try. They are all narcotic opiates, but they are different.
The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation.
Have you tried Tramadol? It does work quite well for some people.
