Hi Keli,
From what I can tell, there are no drug interactions listed online between Aleve (Naproxen) and Relafen (Nabumetone), so to the best of my knowledge I don't see why it wouldn't be ok to take the two together. However, this shouldn't be mistaken for medical advice as I am not a doctor. So if you do experience any side effects, god forbid, it may be best to seek medical attention to rule out the possibility of interactions vs normal side effects from either medication.
