Hello, Gommba! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain.
However, you shouldn't change the dosage, without your doctor's approval.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
On top of the risk of being addictive, you also have to be very careful about how much Acetaminophen you take each day, too much of it could result in overdose toxicity.
