It could be dangerous, if it caused Serotonin syndrome, but that's not highly likely if it just happened ones. Did you experience any adverse effects?
It is most likely to cause more severe side effects, which as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
It would also be a good idea to inform your doctor, that way they can watch for any potential issues.
