Yes, you can overdose if you take too much of any medication.
When it's a blood pressure/cardiac medication like this one, it could cause your blood pressure and heart rate to go too low, which may cause dizziness, fainting and possibly death, as listed by the FDA and NIH.
How much are you supposed to take?
You should be aware that for this to help your blood pressure, you need to take it regularly for a month, taking extra when you have higher blood pressure numbers won't actually do anything to help.
